Eric Church Hits Gold

The third single from Eric Church’s sophomore album has been certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America.

　
“Smoke a Little Smoke” was written by Church, along with band members Driver Williams and Jeff Hyde.
　
Church secured the Top New Solo Artist ACM and is now up for Top New Artist at the 46th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards.
　
The awards show will air live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 3, at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.
　
Church is set to perform at the Coronado Performing Arts Center in Rockford, Ill., on March 24.
