Emmylou Harris, Faith Hill to Honor Paul McCartney

Country legend Emmylou Harris and superstar Faith Hill join a laundry list of celebrities who will pay tribute to Sir Paul McCartney next month.
 
The former Beatle will be honored as this year’s recipient of the Library of Congress Gershwin Prize of Popular Song. The event, scheduled for June 2 at the White House, will include performances of some of McCartney’s biggest hits by Stevie Wonder, Corrine Bailey Rae, Herbie Hancock, the Jonas Brothers, Elvis Costello, Jack White and Dave Grohl. Comedian Jerry Seinfield will also appear.
 
McCartney joins Wonder and Paul Simon as the only artists to receive the nation’s highest award for pop music.
 
PBS will air the event on July 28.
