Emily West Prepares for Whirlwind Media Week

Country singer Emily West is gearing up for a whirlwind media week that includes a fashion feature in the May issue of PEOPLE Country, a performance at the ACM Freemont Street Experience, a hosting gig for both the ACM Daily Wrap Up Show and Live Orange Carpet Show and an appearance on NBC’s Celebrity Apprentice.

Gracing the style pages of PEOPLE Country’s May issue, West shares her best beauty tricks, her Country style icon (Tammy Wynette) and much more. The magazine is on newsstands now.

West will also be in Las Vegas this week to host the Academy of Country Music Daily Wrap Up Show. 

The show will air live daily at 7:30 p.m. ET/6:30 p.m. CT from the MGM Grand Casino starting Monday, April 12. At the end of the week, West will co-host the Live Orange Carpet Show on April 18 from 5:30-7 p.m. ET/4:30-6 p.m. CT, where she will chat with fellow Country artists as they arrive at the 45th Annual ACM Awards. Additionally, West will perform at the Freemont Street Experience in Las Vegas on Friday, April 16, at 7 p.m. PT on the 1st Street Stage. Part of The Week Vegas Goes Country! ACM Weekend, the Freemont Street Experience is a two day all-star concert leading up to the ACM Awards. West will perform songs from her upcoming self-titled debut album, including her first single “Blue Sky." West co-wrote the single, which features Keith Urban on vocals and guitar.

In addition to her hosting gig at the ACM Awards on April 18, West will also make a guest appearance on NBC's Celebrity Apprentice at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT. The Nashville-themed challenge features West along with labelmate Luke Bryan.
