3/26/2008 Kasey Bell Emerson Drive To Host Fundraiser at Historic Ryman Auditorium

Country group Emerson Drive is going to ‘countrify’ its fans for a good cause next month.

The band will team up with the Mental Health Association of Middle Tennessee on April 27 at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville for a fundraiser concert. The 10th Annual Jammin’ to Beat the Blues Benefit Concert will seek to raise money and awareness for the non-profit organization.

MHMAT started the fundraiser ten years ago. When they lost the original venue, support from the community got the fundraiser a new home at the Ryman in 2002. Since they started, MHMAT has been brining in some of music’s biggest artists to take part in the benefit. This year ,you can add Emerson Drive to that list.

Tickets start at $29.50 and can be purchased at all Ticketmaster locations, Kroger’s, Macy’s and the Ryman Auditorium box office. For more information, go to www.ichope.com.
