Eli Young Band Receives 2009 ACM Nomination

 While on the way to an interview early this morning, members of the Country group, the Eli Young Band, were informed of their latest feat, a nomination for this year's ACM Awards for Best New Vocl Group or Duo. For the new group, this is only the latest of many breath-taking moments that have dotted the road to success for group since their formation in Texas in 2000. Though they have played the Grand Ole Opry, their first hit single became the longest running independent Country single in history, and their other single, “Always the Love Songs,” has enjoyed success in the Top 25. Their ACM nomination marks the first for the Eli Young Band's award nominations.
