Eagles Hop Aboard Stagecoach Festival

2/13/2008 Stephen L. Betts The Eagles are set to headline the newly added third day (Friday, May 2) of the Stagecoach Country Music Festival in Indio, CA, from May 2-4. They join an already power-packed line-up at the Empire Polo Field, including Rascal Flatts, Tim McGraw, the Judds, Carrie Underwood, and Big & Rich.  The Eagles--Glenn Frey, Don Henley, Joe Walsh and Timothy B. Schmit--will perform current hits from their new album, Long Road Out of Eden, including the Grammy-award winning “How Long” (Best Country Performance by Duo or Group) and “Busy Being Fabulous,” as well as classic songs from their 30-year career. The Friday Stagecoach line-up also includes performances from John Fogerty, Trisha Yearwood, Shelby Lynne, Glen Campbell, and Rissi Palmer. More than 50 acts of various musical genres - mainstream country, bluegrass, folk, and Americana - will perform on four stages over the three-day weekend. Music fans who’ve already purchased Stagecoach tickets will be contacted directly and offered advance single Friday general admission upgrades for $65, plus applicable fees, or single-day reserved upgrades for $195, plus applicable fees. Upgrades will be available now through Feb. 22. Additionally, three-day general admission passes will go on sale beginning today for $249 plus applicable fees. Three-day reserved seating will go on sale Tuesday, Feb. 19 at 12:00 p.m. (PT) for $585 plus applicable fees.
