8/21/2007 Stephen L. Betts   Dierks Bentley shifts his headlining tour into high gear when the Throttle Wide Open tour rolls into 28 cities beginning Oct. 4 in Rome, GA.  The high-octane shows, sponsored by Bud Light, will feature special guest Jack Ingram. "Our show is all about making a real connection with our fans every night...not through high-def video screens or pyro or some crazy light show but through the music and interaction, both verbal and physical," says Dierks.  "I like to leave the door open for spontaneous moments every night, and sometimes that results in me leaving the stage to sing to the folks in the nosebleeds, or pulling a girl up on stage to dance...you never know...but we always connect." Along with Tim McGraw and George Strait, Dierks Bentley is the only country artist to ever be endorsed by Bud Light.
