Darius Rucker To Host End of Year Grand Ole Opry Special

The Country Music Association's New Artist of the Year Darius Rucker has been chosen to host this year's 'America's Opry Weekend Year-End Special.' The radio special will be available to country stations across America via Westwood One.
Rucker will play this year's top hits, many of which were recorded live at the Opry. Among the songs that will be featured are "Cowboy Casanova" by Carrie Underwood, who was awarded Entertainer of the Year by American Country Music; "Then" by Brad Paisley, who was awarded Male Vocalist of the Year by the Country Music Associaton; "Love Story" by Taylor Swift, who has won multiple awards this year including Entertainer of the Year at the CMA Awards; "I Run To You" by Lady Antebellum, who won Vocal Group of the Year at the CMA Awards; and "Alright" by Darius Rucker.
