Darius Rucker Hosts St. Jude Benefit Concert

Singer/songwriter Darius Rucker has announced the premiere of "Darius and Friends," a benefit concert to take place in Nashville on Monday, June 7. The performance will take place at The Wildhorse Saloon, and all proceeds from tickets sales will benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

In addition to a performance by Rucker, the concert will include Country Music from Radney Foster, Randy Houser, Jamey Johnson and Jake Owen. Additional performers will be announced at a later date.

"The friends joining me for this benefit concert all share the same dream I do for a cancer free world, but until that can happen, we need to raise awareness and funds for this incredible organization," said Rucker. "It's going to be a great night of music and stories."

Doors will open at 8 p.m., and the first performance begins at 9 p.m. Tickets are available at www.ticketmaster.com.
