Charlie Daniels Earns Award at CRS

3/7/2008 Stephen L. Betts Charlie Daniels was presented with a Career Achievement Award Tuesday night (3/4) during the DJ Hall of Fame ceremony at Nashville’s Country Radio Seminar. Celebrating his 50th year in music, Charlie’s career has crossed genres from southern rock to country and Christian. He was inducted into the Grand Ole Opry earlier this year. This spring, he’ll embark on another Volunteer Jam tour, with Shooter Jennings and .38 Special joining the lineup.
