Dailey and Vincent to Star on Prairie Home Companion

 Rounder Records duo Dailey & Vincent will be guests on the radio program A Prairie Home Companion on Saturday, Feb. 7. The show will take place at the home theater, The Fitzgerald, in St. Paul, Minn.Prairie Home Companion is heard by more than 4 million listeners each week on 580 public radio stations and abroad on America One and the Armed Forces Networks in Europe and the Far East."When we sat down to talk about our goals for the first couple years of our career, we put A Prairie Home Companion on that list," said Jamie Dailey. "It was a lofty goal, but I've done the show with Doyle Lawson, Darrin's been there with Ricky Skaggs, and we both had a wonderful time. For us to be invited as Dailey & Vincent is quite an honor, and we're very excited."In addition to being named Entertainer of the Year at the International Bluegrass Music Awards in October, Dailey & Vincent took home honors for Vocal Group of the Year, Album of the Year, Gospel Recorded Performance of the Year, Emerging Artist of the Year, Male Vocalist of the Year (Dailey) and Recorded Event of the Year, for Vincent's participation in the Everett Lilly & Everybody and Their Brother project.Dailey & Vincent will release their second Rounder album, Brothers From Different Mothers, on March 31.
