CountryHound's Grammy Predictions, Part Four

Posted by amyclark on 08/24/2008

2/7/2008 Webb It's your official CountryHound mascot, Webb, back for another round of my country music Grammy predictions. Today, I'm taking on the category of Best Country Collaboration with Vocals: THE NOMINEES Best Country Collaboration with Vocals ·         “Days Aren’t Long Enough”         Steve Earle and Allison Moorer ·         “Because of You”         Reba McEntire and Kelly Clarkson ·         “I Need You”         Tim McGraw and Faith Hill ·         “Lost Highway”         Willie Nelson and Ray Price ·         “Oh Love”         Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood   WEBB SAYS: I never understood that saying "You can't teach an old dog new tricks." Why would you need to do that, anyway? If you're a couple of old dogs like Willie Nelson and Ray Price (and I mean that in the nicest, most respectful way ... some of my best friends are old dogs, after all), you've pretty much learned everything you need to know, right? Ray has one Grammy, Willie has six. I think they'll each be taking home one more. But I wouldn't be dog gone if Reba and Kelly win, since theirs was the biggest hit of the bunch.  Let me know what YOU think! Write to me at webb@countryhound.com And don't miss the 50th Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday, Feb. 10, 2008, broadcast live at 8 p.m. (ET) on CBS-TV.
