Country Gazette Says Farewell

4/1/2008 Kasey Bell Country Gazette, the Dutch Country and Bluegrass magazine that has supplied all of Northern Europe with its Country Music fix, will publish its last issue next month.  The April 26, 2008, issue will be the last in the magazine’s 35-year run. The magazine’s publishers, Hans and Jannie van Dam, are retiring, and they were unable to find anyone else to take over publication.  The last issue will look at all Country and Bluegrass festival and concert dates for 2008 and will give fans sources where they can continue keeping in touch with Country Music.
