After 20 years, superstar Country duo Brooks & Dunn have decided to go their separate ways following their 47-city tour, The Last Rodeo. In order to pay tribute to the retiring duo, most of the stars featured at the ACM Awards on Sunday stuck around an extra day in Vegas to attend the Monday night taping of ACM Presents: Brooks & Dunn—The Last Rodeo.

Keith Urban kicked the event off, taking time to kneel down and bow down to the duo before performing. According to GAC, other stars who performed included George Strait, covering  “Boot Scootin’ Boogie”; Lady Antebellum and Reba McEntire teaming up to replicate “Have You Seen Him/Have You Seen Her”; Faith Hill singing “The Long Goodbye”; and Brad Paisley taking over “My Next Broken Heart.” R&B singer Jennifer Hudson also showed up for her own version Brooks & Dunn's “Believe.”

Other artists who lended their talents to the tribute show include Kenny Chesney, Taylor Swift, Jason Aldean, Rascal Flatts, Sugarland, Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert.

"We want to be doing what Brooks & Dunn are doing. Twenty years from now we want to say it's time to take a break,” said Charles Kelley of Lady Antebellum.

Furthermore, Miranda Lambert isn’t quite sure the Brooks & Dunn split is permanent.
"I love Brooks & Dunn. Always have. I think they're going to be back. They can't stay away from it. Music is in their blood."

Kix even joked at the ACM Awards Sunday, saying, “We are currently in therapy with Brett Favre trying to figure out how to waffle on this.”

ACM Presents: Brooks & Dunn -- The Last Rodeo will be telecast May 23 on CBS.
