Kellie Pickler will be the first headliner at Country Crossing this December.
The venue's first concert will take place Dec. 12, with gates opening at 4:30 p.m. As a part of the Celebrity Station Ampitheatre opening, Houston County and Matt Kennon will perform. Tickets are available only by donating to the Wiregrass Area United Way Foodbank beginning Nov. 2 through Nov. 13. Fans can exchange canned foods or monetary donations to the food bank for tickets. Each ticket is equal to five cans of food or at least $5 per ticket (minimum two tickets per person). The food bank is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 382 Twitchell Road in Dothan, Alabama.
"This is not only our first concert, but it is also our first opportunity to give back to the Wiregrass community that has supported our project so faithfully," says Ronnie Gilley, President, Gilley Entertainment and developer of Country Crossing.  "We have been blessed throughout our endeavor here and look forward to establishing Country Crossing as a first-class country music entertainment destination with many more shows to come."
