Coldwater Canyon Gets Hollywood Music in Media Award Nomination

Country music group Coldwater Canyon Band has earned a Hollywood Music in Media Awards nomination for the latest single off the group’s most recent release, Just Getting Started.

　

The lead-off hit from the album, “Nobody Knows,” is on the ballot for Best Country Song and climbed to #No. 2 on the Billboard Country Singles chart. The song is the first nomination for the Los Angeles-based group.

　

Coldwater Canyon Band will be featured on an Oct. 15 episode of the Atlanta based TV show, Indie Style. The episode can be seen On-Demand or by visiting www.indiestyletv.com.

　

The Hollywood Music in Media Awards are scheduled for Nov. 18 at the Kodak Theatre Complex/Hollywood and Highland Center.

　

Coldwater Canyon Band front man Howie Vaughn said the group's recent success is a product of keeping true to themselves and sticking together.

　

“Dreams come true when you stay true to who you are and your team,” Vaughn said.
