Founders of CMT Camp Nashville, the first-ever multi-artist fantasy camp for Country Music to be held in Nashville on May 21-25, announced a "stimulus plan" of its own today. As part of the plan, the price of the camp will be reduced by nearly 40 percent for anyone who registers before April 15.
"We realize that folks are having to tighten their belts, but why should the boys of Wall Street get to have all the fun?" asked Lee Bailey, Executive Producer for the camp. "What a better time to escape the harsh realities of everyday living and 'stimulate' your inner-Country superstar? At CMT Camp Nashville, you'll create once-in-a-lifetime memories that no one can EVER take away from you," he explained.
CMT Camp Nashville will provide campers five days of "red carpet treatment" in the role of a Country superstar where they'll have the unique opportunity to learn, hang and perform with Country Music greats including John Rich, Ronnie Milsap, Darryl Worley, Andy Griggs, Bo Bice, Rhett Akins, Deana Carter, Jessica Harp and Henry Paul and industry leaders such as world-renowned vocal/image coach Renee Grant Williams. The camp experience will culminate with CMT Camp Nashville's Final Showdown, where fantasy bands will compete in a head-to-head competition and open an actual concert for Phil Vassar and Lady Antebellum at the world-famous Wildhorse Saloon on Memorial Day, May 25 (tickets available at all TicketMaster outlets and online at www.ticketmaster.com).

CMT Camp Nashville's amenities include transportation around town on tour buses, a stay at Hotel indigo, a full entourage of roadies, stylists and tour managers, access to top rehearsal halls, private recording studio sessions, songwriting classes, vocal coaching, backstage parties, a personal photo shoot, meals and the exclusive opportunity to learn, jam, hang and perform with Country Music greats.  This exclusive experience is only open to 100 campers of all ages on a first-come, first-serve basis. To register for CMT Camp NashvilleTM log onto www.campnashville.com or call (615) 254-2315.

Founders also announced that CMT Camp NashvilleM will auction one camp experience to the highest bidder at www.CMTauctions.com. The entire amount of the auction will go to assist the Boys & Girls Club of Rutherford County which lost its roof and sustained water damage to almost every room when a tornado ravaged the facility last Saturday.
