This year, the CMA Awards are partnering with Jack Daniel’s, who will be providing the carpet for the event. In keeping with Jack Daniel’s tradition, the carpet will be a plush black, emblazoned with their logo and lined by statues of Jack himself. Portions of the black carpet will later be auctioned to support music education.

"Jack Daniel's has long played an important role in the lives and songs of Country Music artists, and the CMA Awards Black Carpet is an exciting way to celebrate these honorees," said Mark Grindstaff, U.S. Marketing Director for Jack Daniel's. "The prestige of the CMA Awards and the popularity of Jack Daniel's go hand-in-hand."

Celebrities and artists will walk the CMA Awards Black Carpet before the event and then attend the Post Party, co-presented by Jack Daniel's, which will feature live music, food and a silent auction to raise money for CMA's Keep The Music Playing, which supports music education in public schools.
