CMA Music Festival Kicks Off with Parade, Followed by Block Party

Chevy will officially kick off the 2009 CMA Music Festival today, June 10, with the Fifth Annual CMA Music Festival Kick-Off Parade featuring Country Music artists and other celebrities riding in a wide variety of Chevrolet vehicles. The Fourth Annual CMA Music Festival Block Party will take place after the parade.
Rodney Atkins will serve as Grand Marshal during the parade and other participating celebrities include Bo Bice, NASCAR driver Jeff Burton, Steve Holy, Sammy Kershaw, Brenda Lee, Oak Ridge Boys, Chris Young and more.
The parade will end at the Sommet Center in downtown Nashville, where the Block Party will begin. Featured artists at the Block Party include Trent Tomlinson, Lo Cash Cowboys, Jason Michael Carroll, The Lost Trailers, James Otto, Emerson Drive, Eric Church and Rodney Atkins.
