Microsoft, Firefly Logic, InterKnowlogy and others will feature new technology at the CMA Music Festival’s Exhibit Hall. Among the featured technology are:
 
Microsoft’s Surface: This touch screen device allows users to grab digital content with their hands and move information between phones, cameras, ect. through simple gestures and touch.
 
HotShots: Fans can share Music Fest photos with the world by emailing or texting them to HotShots@cmafest.com, where they will be later featured on www.CMAfest.com. 
 
Be This Close Game: The virtual scavenger hunt located inside the Microsoft booth allows fans to win prizes by using Microsoft’s Silverlight technology.
 
TAGs: These allow a new way to download information straight to smartphone devices, such as the Blackberry or iPhone.  These are available for the nightly lineup, shuttle route, and other event schedules.
 
Web Slices: Fans can see when their favorite websites have been downloaded with Windows Internet Explorer 8 and Web Slices. 
 
Fans can also check their email at the Microsoft booth (#334 at the Exhibit Hall), which will feature special guests throughout the CMA Music Fest.
