Readers of CMA Awards Vault will get the chance to have a backstage pass to more than 40 years of CMA Awards moments. The book, published by the Country Music Association, documents the history of the event from its start as a radio broadcast in 1967 to the star-studded event it’s become today.

"I'm thankful for the wonderful journey this book provides through the history of the CMA Awards," writes Barbara Mandrell in the book's afterword. "Reading it makes one feel so 'behind the scenes,' 'inside,' and as though they're having conversations with many of the great artists in Country Music."

The book features interviews with stars like Sonny James, the first to ever host the awards show, to Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley who will be hosting the 44th Annual CMA Awards. It will also contain never-before-published photographs, artwork and memorabilia, as well as a replica program and set design blueprints.

CMA Awards Vault is now available in-stores and online for $49.95.
