Fans Make CMAs Number 1 Prime Time

Betts According to early numbers from Nielsen Media Research, the ABC broadcast of The 41st Annual Country Music Association Awards Wednesday night (11/7) averaged an audience of 15.9 million viewers, giving the network a first-place finish for the night. The ratings for this year's CMAs were on par with its performance last year, but were a 42-percent improvement on what ABC has been averaging in veiwership on Wednesday nights so far this fall.
