Chesney broke into the Top 10 with his latest single “Better As A Memory”, giving the Country Music star the longest streak of Top 10 hits since 2000 with 24. “You know, the radio was everything for us growing up,” Chesney said. "So to hear that I've got the longest run of Top 10s since 2000, well, that means my songs have been a big part of a lot of people's lives. Is there anything better for someone who does what I do?"  "Better As A Memory" will have to continue to climb the charts to equal the success of Chesney's songs in 2007, when he had a hand in four songs that spent time at #1. Three of Chesney’s own songs; “Never Wanted Nothing More”, “Don’t Blink” and “Beer in Mexico” combined to spend 14 weeks in the top spot, and he also snagged three weeks at #1 as co-writer of “Take Me There” by Rascal Flatts. In addition to holding the longest streak of Top 10 hits Chesney has also collected six straight years of over one million tickets sold, making him the biggest ticket seller since 2000.
