Betts Kenny Chesney’s “Never Wanted Nothing More” remains at No. 1 while Keith Urban’s “I Told You So” holds at No. 2 on Billboard’s country singles chart.  Taylor Swift climbs one spot to No. 3 with “Teardrops on My Guitar,” as her self-titled debut spends a second week at No. 1 on the album chart. Billy Ray Cyrus lands at No. 3 in his first week with the new album, Home at Last. Rascal Flatts have reached the Top 10 (No. 10 to be precise) and are well on their way to another chart-topper with the aptly-titled “Take Me There.”
