Texas-based Country Music singer Chad Hudson has been signed to Robbins Nashville this week.  His debut single, "Somebody Find Me A Preacher," can be heard on country radio August 18.

Hudson said, "All I have ever asked is that somebody believe in me enough to let me tell my story through the songs that I write and sing. can hardly wait to get out there and meet everyone who loves music as much as I do!"

Hudson calls Austin home, where he grew up singing a capella in his church.  He went on to form his first band at 18, and has been playing the Texas dancehall circuit for more than a decade.  He has been a staff writer for EMI Music Publishing since 2006.

"Chad is such an authentic talent," said label president Cory Robbins. "He is equally comfortable ranching or performing his music in front of huge crowds. Hes an impressive songwriter, a distinctive singer and a charismatic personality. We couldn't be more proud to have him on our roster and were very excited to introduce him to country radio."

Robbins Nashville is the country division of independent label Robbins Entertainment. Sony BMG distributes Robbins Entertainment and Robbins Nashville.
