New Music Coming from Cross Canadian Ragweed

9/21/2007 Stephen L. Betts Cross Canadian Ragweed’s latest album, Mission California, is due Oct. 2 on Universal South Records. Recorded near San Diego, the disc was co-produced by Mike McClure, formerly of the Great Divide. Lee Ann Womack once again offers guest vocals. Singer Cody Canada wrote a majority of the 14 songs, including a collaboration with Texas artist Stoney LaRue. The band also covers Chris Knight's “Cry Lonely” and Todd Snider's "I Believe You."
