Canadian CMA Announces Fans' Choice Nominees

Emerson Drive, Paul Brandt, Doc Walker, George Canyon and Jessie Farrell have been nominated for the Canadian Country Music Association’s Fans’ Choice Award, with the winner to be announced during the CCMA Awards on September 8.

 

Fans can vote for their choice at CMT.ca beginning tomorrow. Voting will continue through 11:59 EST on September 7.

 

"We are thrilled to be able to give the fans the opportunity to get involved and vote for their favorite artist" said Lynne Foster, Chair of the CCMA Awards & Balloting Committee. "All of the artists always comment that this is one of the most memorable awards, as it is direct from the fans."

 

The show will broadcast nationally in Canada on CBC Television with encore presentations on CMT. Tickets are on sale now at ticketmaster.ca.
