Carrie Underwood Makes Pregnancy Pact

Country queen and recent newlywed Carrie Underwood is often asked whether she and husband Mike Fisher plan to expand their family, and her response is always the same.

“I made a pregnancy pact with a few of my female friends,” Underwood told Nashville’s WSIX. “[We] are going to try to have children around the same time. That way we can babysit each other's kids and they can grow up to be friends.”

The latest issue of People magazine features an Underwood cover shot and details on her newest role as Mrs. Fisher.

“He completes me,” she said. “He's a people person, and I'm not. I get nervous around people. I'm a wallflower. He's thoughtful and knows how to talk to people and make them feel special. I'm trying to pick up on that a little bit. He makes me a better person.”

And Fisher also makes for a good co-star in Underwood’s video for her current single “Mama’s Song.”

“At this point in my life, it would be weird to have a 'rent-a-husband' and be snuggling up to some guy I don't know,” said the multi-platinum superstar.

Underwood is currently on the second leg of her Play On 2010 Tour with opening acts Billy Currington and Sons of Sylvia. For a complete lists of dates, visit http://www.carrieunderwoodofficial.com/us/events
