Live from New York, It's Carrie...Again!

2/18/2008 Stephen L. Betts Carrie Underwood is set to make her second appearance on Saturday Night Live this weekend (2/23). It’s the first show back in production since the writer’s strike began last fall. Saturday Night Live alum Tina Fey will host. Carrie's performance on SNL coincides with the launch of her headlining Carnival Ride tour, which kicks off tonight (2/18) in Wilkes-Barre, PA. “This year's pretty much going to be filled with touring,” says the recent Grammy winner. “There's a lot of great dates - great things ... It's going to be a very good year.” Josh Turner joins Carrie as opening act for her headlining dates. She'll also re-team with Keith Urban for several shows through April 25.
