Brokedown Cadillac made their national debut March 13 when the new Walt Disney Pictures film, Race To Witch Mountain, hit theaters and quickly became the No. 1 movie in the country. The modern Country group attended the March 11 premiere of the film at Los Angeles’ El Capitan Theatre and performed at the premiere party.
Brokedown Cadillac has also just self-released their first album, Somewhere In America, which they toasted to at an album release/movie release party last Saturday. “Best week of my life,” said Randy Duham, who fronts the group with Corri English, whom he met three years ago while performing with his previous group and immediately clicked with musically.
Brokedown Cadillac were invited to be a part of Race To Witch Mountain by director Andy Fickman, who had seen the group perform in Los Angeles. “It’s just our good luck that Andy caught one of our shows and dug our music,” added Dunham.
