Brad Tour Adds Caterer

2/18/2008 Stephen L. Betts   Brad Paisley has discovered that one of the keys to a successful tour has very little to do with all of his hard work. Brad tells The Tennessean that he hired a tour caterer late last year and that the move has made all the difference. “It definitely sounds pompous to talk about it," says Brad, whose Bonfires and Amplifiers tour stopped in Nashville on Friday (2/15). “But it's too exciting not to - it's the biggest thing that happened to me. One out of five shows was edible last year, and I'm not kidding …  I had way better food in grade school and high school.” Brad adds that the morale on my crew is “at an all-time high - we are all looking at each other, dipping snow crab legs in melted butter, saying, ‘How could this get any better?’”
