Last year, Brad Paisley released his chart-topping album, Play, which consisted mostly of instrumental tracks. This year, however, Paisley will release his eighth studio album, American Saturday Night, on June 30. Paisley teamed up with producer Frank Rogers, again. The two have worked together since the release of Who Needs Pictures, Paisley’s million-selling debut album. Last night, Paisley unveiled his newest single from American Saturday Night called “Then,” which was co-written by Paisley, Chris Dubois and Ashley Gorley. The single was presented during a special, invitation-only performance for an audience of industry professionals at a gathering for the annual Country Radio Seminar in Nashville. “Then” will be appearing on Country radio stations beginning today, March 9, but the official airplay impact will begin on March 23. Fans will be happy to know that the digital single for “Then” will be available online beginning March 17. Paisley has released 13 No. 1 singles in his career and is a two-time ACM and CMA Male Vocalist winner. His album sales exceed 10 million units, which includes his multi-platinum album Time Well Wasted, which won the ACM and CMA Album of the Year in 2005.
