Blake Shelton Opens Up On GAC
Blake Shelton fans can catch an intimate look at the Country Music star this month on GAC's Backstory: Blake Shelton in which the singer talks about his life and rise to fame.
Joined by family, friends and long-time girlfriend Miranda Lambert, Shelton opens up about his early career struggles, growing up in Oklahoma and his new level of Country Music success. "For the first time ever, I'm not having to make a comeback," Shelton said.
Named one of "America's Sexiest Men," by Country Weekly, the singer has had plenty of ups and downs in his career and is currently celebrating the success of his 2008 release, Startin' Fires.
The hour-long special also takes a look at his relationship with fellow Country star Lambert. "She's a person who can relate to me in a way that very few people in this world can," Blake said. "It should be illegal how much fun we have when we're home. It's absolutely redneck heaven!"
