Country Music star Gretchen Wilson is in a bit of hot water over her latest single “Work Hard, Play Harder.” The Black Crowes believe the new song includes parts of their 1991 hit “Jealous Again,” something they did not give permission for.

Chris and Rich Robinson, the brothers that make up the rock group, have filed a copyright-infringement suit against Wilson, Sony BMG, publishing company J Money Music and TNT. The cable network has been using the new song in a promotion for the next season of Saving Grace.

"We find the musical verses of Wilson's song to be such an obvious example of copyright infringement that I expect all parties to reach a relatively quick resolution to avoid legalization," the Black Crowes’ longtime manager said, according to E! Online.

Neither the Robinson brothers nor Wilson have publicly commented on the dispute.
