The Red Cross is teaming up with some of Country's biggest names to honor military veterans next month. Headliner Billy Ray Cyrus, along with Josh Gracin, Bo Bice and Rocky Lynne will be performing at a special concert on Saturday, Nov. 8, at Koka Booth Ampitheatre in Raleigh, N.C.To encourage visistors to bring a veteran, two special offers will also be taking place: Ticketmaster is offering buy one, get one free tickets and an anonymous sponsor has donated $10,000 dollars, which every ticket holder is eligible to win.The concert comes as the last part of the daylong celebration, which starts with the North Carolina Veteran's Day Parade at 9 a.m. EST. The concert starts with the 82nd Airborne All American Chorus at 5 p.m.The date of Nov. 8 was chosen to honor our veterans because of events that happened on November 8, 1965, during the Vietnam War. The story has been immortalized in the Big & Rich song, "8th of November."
