Billy Currington hit the top of the charts for the third time recently with his newest single, “Don’t.” The song is off his third album with Mercury Nashville, Little Bit of Everything. Currington is also set to make several appearances on the national spectrum is the next few months.  A feature in People Magazine’s Country Music issue will follow several appearances on national television. He’s also going to be touring the country this spring to promote his album that debuted last October to critical acclaim. Currington recently talked about his success on the charts in a statement.  “This is such an honor for me – “Don’t” is one of my favorite songs I’ve ever recorded, and it feels so good for Country radio and my fans to embrace this song,” he said. Currington’s been a part of the Country Music world since 2003, when he debuted with his single “Walk A Little Straighter.” “Good Directions” and “Must Be Doin’ Somethin’ Right” became his first two No.1 singles from his sophomore album.
