Betts Not much new out this week, but  what is new is definitely worth a listen: Since his auspicious achy-breaky debut on the country charts in 1992, Billy Ray Cyrus has covered a lot of turf. He lost his trademark mullet; gained fame as a TV star in one successful series (PAX-TV's Doc); and found  a whole new - much younger - audience in a mega-successful series (Disney Channel's Hannah Montana - which just happens to star his daughter, Miley, who's not only playing a pop singer, she's becoming one in real life as well.  And now Billy Ray is Home at Last, with a family-friendly CD combining some original material with a few choice cover tunes.  Of the new material, the standout “You Can’t Lose Me,” comes from the pen of power-ballad powerhouse Diane Warren, and features guest vocals from young Miley. The feel-good cover tunes include “Put A Little Love In Your Heart,” “Brown Eyed Girl,” and “You’ve Got A Friend,” and the whole thing is capped off with a tender rendition of "Over the Rainbow." There's no place like home (at last), indeed! Billy Ray’s video for the album’s first single, “Ready, Set, Don’t Go” has been added to CMT and GAC playlists.
