Bellamy Brothers Release Anthology After 35 Years in Music

American pop and country music duo the Bellamy Brothers have been in the music business for more than three decades. To mark such the milestone, on Tuesday, Oct. 5, brothers David and Howard are releasing Bellamy Brothers: The Anthology Volume 2, which comes after last year’s Bellamy Brothers: The Anthology Volume 1.

The album features 17 classic hits from the duo, including “Lovers Live Longer,” “I Could Be Persuaded” and “Forget About Me.” The anthology also includes four brand new songs and a reunion with Kevin and Michael Bacon of the Bacon Brothers on their original “Strung Out.”

“Some days it feels like Howard and I are a brand new band, just getting started,” noted David of the band's 35 years in the business. “On other days, it seems like we’ve been around a hundred years or more….”

Bellamy Brothers: The Anthology Volume 2 will be available Tuesday, Oct. 5, in all Wal-Mart locations or online via iTunes and at http://www.bellamybrothers.com.
