6/17/2008 Webb For All The World To See, indie artist Becky Schlegel’s debut release, hits stores today, June 17.  Schlegel has already somewhat built a name for herself with frequent appearances on National Public Radio’s A Prairie Home Companion and RFD-TV’s Midwest Country Theater.   She is considered somewhat a crossover between Americana, Bluegrass, and Country Music. Tom T. Hall says of her new release, “I stumbled across Becky the way you find a shiny new penny in the parking lot:  it won’t change your life, but there is something you really like about it.”  The first single off the release, “Bound For Tennessee” was released to radio in early May.  Schlegel has two previous releases that were not strictly country. The critically acclaimed singer started playing piano at the age of 5 in her tiny hometown of Kimball, South Dakota (population 700).
