BamaJam Gets Big-Name Lineup

2/21/2008 Stephen L. Betts Trace Adkins and Tracy Lawrence have been added to the roster of performers taking the stage at BamaJam, the three-day country music festival scheduled in Enterprise, Alabama, in early June. Trace and Tracy join the list of more than 30 acts at the outdoor musical event that combines the elements and character of other massive music fests including Bonnaroo, Woodstock, Telluride and Country Thunder. BamaJam is expected to attract classic rock, alternative, bluegrass and country music fans from around the world. The first annual BamaJam Music & Arts Festival takes place Thursday, Friday and Saturday, June 5 – 7, 2008, at Boy Scout Road and Highway #167 in Enterprise, AL. Joining the lineup will be Hank Williams Jr., Lynyrd Skynyrd, ZZ Top, Alabama lead singer Randy Owen, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town, Darryl Worley, Jason Michael Carroll and Eric Church. Appearing on the Bluegrass Stage along with Ricky Skaggs are Del McCoury, Ralph Stanley, Dan Tyminski, Cherryholmes and the Duhks. Country-folk singer Nanci Griffith will be joined by Railroad Earth and Corey Smith on the Alternative Stage.
