Americana Festival and Conference Announces 2011 Dates

The 12th Annual Americana Music Association Festival and Conference is scheduled for Oct. 12 – 15, 2011, in Nashville. The SUPER Early Bird registration rate is now available for AMA members at $200 and for non-members at $300.
 
The Americana Music Association is a trade organization composed of professionals who uphold the mission to provide a forum for the advocacy and public awareness of Americana music. They go about doing so through creative and economic means, one of which includes the annual Festival and Conference. This annual event features more than 100 artists over the course of four days of music and education. It brings together fans, artists and professionals from across the world. The events are truly one-of-a-kind, with some of the most intelligent and innovative minds in the industry.
 
The 12th annual Festival and Conference will be at the Nashville Sheratone Downtown Hotel, 623 Union Street (615-259-2000). Special rates are currently being offered for $169 per night for single or double occupancy rooms. Registration for the event includes access to all conference activities and festival showcases, as well as one ticket of admission to the Americana Honors & Awards Show at the historic Ryman Auditorium.
