Heidi Newfield came into the country music spotlight with Trick Pony, but since her departure from the group, she’s found her acclaim in her own right. In 2008, her debut solo album, What Am I Waiting For, garnered five ACM Awards nominations. Currently, the solo artist is in the studio with producer Blake Chancey working on her next album scheduled for release in early 2012 with Curb Records.

Bridgette Tatum co-wrote “She’s Country,” recorded and released by Jason Aldean, which reached the No. 1 position and held it for two consecutive weeks. In 2010, the ACC Football Conference selected Tatum’s song “Loud” as their official theme song. She also released her debut album, Sex, Church & Chicken with Root 49 Records in 2010.
