ABC.com Gets Pumped for CMA Awards

 The 2008 CMA Awards are less than two weeks away, and ABC is getting fans ready through its Web site, www.abc.com.Starting on Nov. 5, the Web site will be presenting The Countdown to Country Music's Biggest Night, which will feature exclusive interviews and behind-the-scenes looks at preparations for the awards show. Jake Owen, Chuck Wicks and the former Miss Tennessee, Ashley Eicher, will host the webisodes. A new show will air daily until Nov. 12, when the show airs at 8 p.m. EST on ABC from the Sommet Center in Nashville.ABC.com will also have a "Thank You Camera" for award winners to say thanks to fans, family and friends. On top of that, Facebook and CMAawards.com will be offering "My Picks," which will allow fans to make their picks as to who they think will take home the night's biggest prizes.
