ABC Extends CMA Fest Block Party to Two Days

ABC's All Star Block Party was such a hit at last year's CMA Music Festival that it has been extended to two days for this year's event.
The ABC Block Party will take place on June 12 and 13 and will be aired as part of the television special, CMA Music Festival: Country's Night to Rock, on ABC this August. Soap opera stars Kathy Brier, Kassie DePaiva and Bobbie Eakes will also make their debut as a trio in Nashville, performing on both days of the party.
ABC will also be providing two obstacle courses from their hit show Wipeout for kids and adults to take a shot at. There will also be autograph and Q&A opportunities with a multitude of daytime soap stars, including actors and actreses from General Hospital, All My Children and One Life to Live, as well as many other performances and giveaways.
