8/22/2007 Stephen L. Betts The record-breaking heat wave gripping the southeast didn’t hamper the brothers Van Zant last week, as the pair braved the 100-plus degree heat in Watertown, Tenn., while shooting the music video for their new single, "Goes Down Easy." Johnny and Donnie Van Zant play traveling salesmen in the clip, driving a 1930s'-era truck into town to peddle bottles of their "Van Zant Special Elixir," only to find themselves on the wrong end of the law and the townsfolk. GACTV.com reports the director and crew wrapped up shooting in the wee hours of the morning. Fans will be able to see the video on the air later this month. Van Zant's second disc, My Kind of Country, hits stores Oct. 9. It's the follow-up to their gold-certified 2005 release, Get Right with the Man.
