The Travelin' McCourys and The Lee Boys Plan Tour

The Travelin' McCourys, a bluegrass band consisting of members of the infamous Del McCoury Band, are teaming up with The Lee Boys, a notable Country sextet, for six tourdates in January. The first stop of the tour will be on Jan. 21 in Athens, Ga. The Travelin' McCourys are made up of Ron McCoury on mandolin, Rob McCoury on banjo, Jason Carter on fiddle and Alan Bartram on bass. For the tour, they will also be joined by members of the band Dre's Rude Awakening: Dre' Anders (vocalist), Shane Theriot (guitar) and Johnny Neel (keyboards).The Lee Boys blend R&B, gospel, hip-hop, rock and Country in their music. In 2008, they performed at 50 of the biggest music festivals in the country and also appeared on Late Night With Conan O'Brien.
