Taylor Swift Hits New Sales Milestone

Taylor Swift has broken through the 5 million album sales mark with her latest release, Fearless, reaching more than 1.5 million units sold, according to CMT.com.Swifts first release, the self-titled Taylor Swift, sold 3.7 million units. She was also named the best-selling Country artist of 2008 by Billboard magazine and ranked fourth in sales among all genres, behind Josh Groban, Alicia Keys and Miley Cyrus. Taylor Swift was also named Country Music's top songwriter of 2008. Swift appears in the January issue of Vanity Fair, as well as the upcoming E! special, Young Hollywood From A to Zac.
