Stephen Cochran knows what it is like for soldiers returning home from the war, and he's doing his best to make that transition easier. The Marine veteran has been traveling all over the country, helping various military-related charities and organizations. His most recent performance took place in Southlake, Texas, with actor Gary Sinise and the Lt. Dan Band for the Independence Fund, which provides returning veterans with tools and therapies they may need. Coming up in November, Stephen will be joining Perfect Stranger in Houston to benefit ThanksUSA, which helps people do their best to thank our armed forces. Then, after Christmas, he will be stopping in Orlando for the Fifth Annual Road to Recovery Conference, which brings all veterans together for support, before he leaves again for Iraq and Afghanistan as an entertainer. "I love the Marines," Cochran said. "Everything they did for me structured my life and gave me the drive to know that I can do anything I want to do."
