Rory and Joey Feek Sign Sweet Record Deal

We look forward to bringing an album to fans who saw them on Can You Duet as well as introducing them to a wider audience.”The couple is busy recording their single, "Cheater Cheater", which received positive audience feedback when the Feeks performed it during Can You Duet's  finale.Rory Feek had already found success as a songwriter.  Joey also owns a diner, Marcy Jo’s Mealhouse, in Pottsville, Tenn., where the duo resides. . “Joey and I are thrilled to be working with Kevin," said Rory Feek.  "His great team at Vanguard/Sugar Hill.  This opportunity is perfect for us, because they’re so in tune with our independent approach to making and presenting music.  We’re excited about joining such a respected roster of artists, and being able to take the shot we want to take.” Joey and Rory's album has an anticipated release set for fall 2008.
