"There's stuff that made this record that might not have if Jeffrey hadn't gone through losing his son, and mom hadn't got diagnosed toward the end of making the record," Anderson told The Tennessean this week. "So there are things on there that got a little darker and deeper." A result of the album's depth can be found on the first single, "I Still Miss You," a love song co-written by Anderson that, over time, turned into an anthem for loss. "I wanted to make it about loss and a tribute to my mom and everything we were going through as a family," Anderson said. The singer/songwriter, who penned 10 of the album's 11 tracks, centers on the strength from his friends and fellow band members.  "You have to believe God puts people in your life for a reason," Anderson said. "It's a group of guys who really know what I'm going through and know how to help me get through this." C'Mon is due in stores tomorrow, August 5.  To read the full interview, click here.
